REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your happiness and satisfaction of your new KULA Athletic products is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns on all full priced items within 14 days of order arrival. We are happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange. For returns on purchases made using Afterpay, store credit will be issued. Sale items however are final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.
The following requirements must be met for all returns:
- The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of order arrival
- The item(s) must not be worn, used or washed
- The item(s) must be in original clean condition with all tags attached and enclosed in its original packaging
- No item(s) with make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return
Free returns are currently only available for Australian customers.
Please note all prizes/give away products are final, vouchers issued cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged once product(s) has been despatched.
STEPS TO RETURN & EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE
To make a return, please follow the steps below:
- Fill out the "Return & Exchange" form by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All return items must be accompanied with the form to be processed.
- Post your item(s) and form to the address on the form.
We will do our best to process all returns as soon as possible, however please allow 1 to 2 business days for returns to be processed.
If stock is not available for exchange, a refund will be offered as an alternative.
We are currently unable to process exchanges if you live outside of Australia. However, if you’re returning an item(s), please follow the instructions above. Please note, original international shipping charges will be deducted from total refund value.
If your package cannot be delivered or is refused, customers are responsible for the following:
- Original and return shipping charges
- Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be deducted from the total refund on your order.
